Ceviz: İçerdiği kalsiyum ve fosfor nedeniyle zihnin yorgunluğunu giderir. Kolesterol içermez. Kalp dostudur, bitkisel protein içerir.100 gram ceviz de 14 gram protein vardır. Kolesterol LDL Trigliserit gibi kan yağlarının düşmesinde faydalıdır.
