Haşimato'da Nasıl Beslenmeliyim?
İlk yapacağınız değişiklik "İyotsuz Tuz" kullanmak olmalı.

Rafine Şeker ve bunlardan yapılmış her besinden mümkün olduğunca uzak durmalısınız. Bu grup bağışıklık sisteminizi tahmin ettiğinizden fazla bozuyor.Basit karbonhidratlar yerine kaliteli-kompleks karbonhidratlar tüketin:Tam buğday unlu ekmekler, grissiniler, arpa,yulaf, kepekli ürünler vb.

Kilogram başı 30 cc su tüketerek ödemden kurtulmalı.

Margarin ve kızartmanın yağı gibi vücudunuza toksin ve serbest radikal biriktirecek yağlardan uzak durup, faydalı yağları (zeytinyağı, fındık yağı vb.) tüketmeli.

Omega-3 yağ asidini beslenmeden eksik etmemeli. Çünkü omg-3 yağ asitleri tiroid hormonlarınızı düzenler.

"Selenyum" minerali tiroid bezini ve vücudu hasarlardan korur. Selenyumu mutlaka beslenmemize eklemeli.Selenyum ihtiyacımızı ay çekirdeği, balıklar ( ton, somon, sardalya gibi vs.), mantar, yumurta, hindi eti, tavuk göğsü, dana eti vs. gibi gıdalardan alabilirsiniz.

"Brokoli, lahana, turp" gibi tiroid bezinin çalışmasını azaltan guatrojenik besinler tüketmemeli.

Multivitamin desteği alıyorsanız içeriğinde İyot, Avitamini, Flor ve Klor olmamasına dikkat edin. Çünkü bazısı ya tiroid hormon salgısını azaltıyor ya da zaten tiroid eksikliğinde vücutta çok fazla bulunabiliyor.

Siyah çay ve kahve şikayetleri arttırdığından tüketimi azaltılmalı.Onun yerine fayda görebileceğiniz "anason, rezene, papatya, melisa çayı" içebilirsiniz. Melatonin salgınızı altırarak sizi rahatlatır.

Zerdeçal, zencefil gibi iltihabı azaltan, yani histamin salgısını azaltan besinlerin tüketimi arttırılmalı.

Probiyotik beslenmeli. Çünkü probiyotikler immun sistemi uyaran antijen oluşumunu azaltır.

Eğer glutene hassasiyet olduğunu hissediyorsanız, mutlaka diyetisyen desteğiyle uygun şekilde gluteni hayatınızdan çıkarın. Gıda intoleransı demek antijen sayısının artması demektir. Bu da dolayısıyla haşimato tablosunun ilerlemesi demektir.

Vücudu toksinlerden ve antijenlerden temizlemek için hacamat veya ozon tedavisini öneririm. Gerisi beslenmenizle vücudunuza daha az serbest radikal almakta saklı.

Hashimoto hastalığının belirtileri halsizlik, uyuklama hali, unutkanlık, isteksizlik, depresif ruh hali, çabuk yorulma, iştahsızlığa ve az yemeğe rağmen kilo alma, soğuğa tahammülsüzlük, ses kalınlaşması, kabızlık, kas ve eklem ağrıları, el ve ayaklarda uyuşmalar, cildin kuruması, saç dökülmesi, adet düzensizliği, göğüslerden süt gelmesi gibi oldukça zengin ve çeşitlidir. Özellikle halsizlik ve çabuk yorulma belirtilerinin ön planda olduğu hastalar yakınmalarını kolayca bahar yorgunluğu ile bağdaştırabilirler. Yakınmalar bir kaç hafta sürer ve gerilemezse mutlaka bir hekime başvurmak gerekir.

Son zamanlarda adını daha sık duyduğunuz Hashimoto(Haşimoto okunur) boynumuzun ön kısmında yer alan Tiroit bezinin bir hastalığıdır. Bilimsel adı Otoimmün Tiroidittir; fakat bir Japon araştırıcının hastalığı tanımlaması nedeniyle onun adıyla anılmaktadır.

Hashimoto hastalığı çoğunlukla bayanları tutan bir hastalıktır. Kadınlarda erkeklere göre 10-15 kat fazla görülmektedir.Ailesinde Tiroit hastalığı olanlarda daha sık görülür. Çünkü ırsi(genetik) eğilim söz konusudur. İyot yönünden daha zengin olan bölgelerde sıklığı biraz daha fazladır. Yani iyot eksikliği ile ilgili değildir.Orta yaşlarda daha sık görülür.En sık 30-35 yaşların da görülür. Tiroit bezi tüm metabolizma hızımızı ayarlayan bir bezdir. Hashimoto Tiroiditi, bezi harap ederek fonksiyon yapan hücre miktarını azaltır. Böylece Hipotiroidi denilen ve bezin fonksiyonlarının azalması ile seyreden bir tablo gelişir. Hastalığın aktif dönemi dediğimiz ilk dönem, ayları içine alacak şekilde yavaş ve çoğu kez de sessiz geçer. Bir çok hasta bu dönemi farkedemez. Hipotiroidi tablosu yerleştikten sonra doktora daha çok başvurulmakta ve tanılar bu dönemde konulmaktadır.

Belirtiler halsizlik, uyuklama hali, unutkanlık, isteksizlik, depresif ruh hali, çabuk yorulma, iştahsızlığa ve az yemeğe rağmen kilo alma, soğuğa tahammülsüzlük, ses kalınlaşması, kabızlık, kas ve eklem ağrıları, el ve ayaklarda uyuşmalar, cildin kuruması, saç dökülmesi, adet düzensizliği, göğüslerden süt gelmesi gibi oldukça zengin ve çeşitlidir. Fakat Hashimoto’nun ilk zamanlarında bu belirtilerin hepsi görülmez. Çoğu kez hastalar yalnızca halsizlik ve isteksizlikten yakınır. Hastalık yavaş ve uzun sürdüğü için tanısı kolay konulamayabilir. Ayrıca bu belirtiler bir çok diğer hastalıkta da görülebilmektedir. Hastalığın en önemli özelliği ilerleyici bir şekilde yaşam kalitesini düşürmesidir. Peki ne yapmamız gerekir? Özellikle ailesinde Tiroit hastalığı olan bayanların uzun süren yorgunluk hallerinde doktora başvurmaları önerilir. Kilo veremeyenler ve sürekli depresif tablosu olanlar da bu yönden araştırılmalıdır. Bütün belirtilerin bir arada olduğu hastalarda tanı daha kolay konulabilir. Ayrıca düzenli sağlık kontrolü ve Check-up yaptıran hastalarda hastalık daha erken tanınabilmektedir. Hastalığın tanısı, kan tetkikleri, Tiroit Ultrason ve sintigrafileriyle konulmaktadır. Sağlık kurumlarının olanakları geliştikçe tanı sıklığının arttığı görülmektedir. Tiroidin durumuna göre tedavi amacıyla verilen ilaçlar ve yakın takiple hastalık kontrol altına alınmaktadır. Toplumda giderek sıklığı artan bu hastalık konusunda dikkatli olmak gerekir. Gelişen teknoloji ile Hashimoto hastalığının tanısı oldukça kolaylaşmıştır. Uzun süren belirtiler olduğunda vakit geçirmeden bir sağlık kurumuna başvurmak gerekir.
